Order Issues / Return Policy
1. What should I do if I am missing items or parts from my order?
If your items have arrived and you are missing items or parts for assembly, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we will prioritize the completion of your order so that you are satisfied.
We treat every customer service request urgently to resolve issues that come up.
2. What is your return policy?
Due to Covid 19 health concerns, we are not accepting returns. Please be certain that you require the products prior to placing orders with us.
3. What should I do if their is freight damage?
If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write Refused due to damage on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact our email@example.com immediately.
